Specifically designed for venting of pneumatically filled silos with a stainless steel body that contains vertically mounted filter elements, that can be changed within minutes by an single person.   

Construction

Silo storage meets high extraction requirements and continuous flow needs.  Micronair can design, engineer and manufacture a silo to fit your needs, or retrofit an existing silo.  

Collection

Mixed dust and shaving can be difficult in a high-volume environment. Micronair’s silo and extraction system store the dust and can transfer to further processing, without the massive dust plumes product by traditional hopper systems that can be transferred into a high production briquetting system.

Large scale storage

With silo storage of 45m3 and no rotary valve required, the dust transfer speed is variable and can be adjusted to suit your requirement.  With a Micronair silo extraction setup these can be transferred into a high production briquetting system. 

Superior filtration

Micronair’s filters provide industry leading filtration that can clean down to one micron which is 1,000th of a millimetre, making a significant impact on the health of workers, minimising their exposure to harmful airborne contaminants.

Designed and built in Australia

Extraction units are designed and manufactured in Australia, with everything from ducting, optimal fan requirements, filtration requirements and storage. Our specialist software performs on the connected machines to manage air flow and speed requirements to load balance the extractor.

Available options

This is particularly beneficial for high-volume dust producers as it offers efficient centralised waste management. Silos are designed for easy disposal and can include features for monitoring dust levels, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance.
